All you need to do is send us your video and eulogy or wording you would like added to your memorial page.

You will never need to replace your medallion and your video or memories will be held on the private Loving Memories website forever.

How does it work?

• Wipe the area where you are placing the medallion with the alcohol wipe supplied
• Instal or attach medallion by removing the protective cover from the 3M tape on the back of the medallion
• Press the medallion onto your surface
• Your medallion is now ready to scan and your memory is available for everyone to see forever
